For our patients without insurance, we offer an in-house dental savings plan as an additional option to consider when planning your family’s dental treatment. This dental savings plan is not an insurance plan and is only applicable to treatment completed at Signature Smiles in Cary, NC.
Dental Savings Plan Options
Adult
- 2 cleanings/exams per year and necessary x-rays
- 1 emergency visit/limited exam
- 15% off other treatments
Child
- 2 cleanings/exams per year and necessary x-rays
- 1 emergency visit/limited exam
- 15% off other treatments
Periodontal
- 3-4 cleanings/exams per year, 2 exams per year, and necessary x-rays
- 1 emergency visit/limited exam
- 15% off other treatments

This is your plan, and it follows you, regardless of who you or your partner works for during the year.
Terms and Limitations of the Plan
- This is a dental savings plan, not dental insurance. It cannot be combined with any other dental insurance.
- This plan is non-transferable. Family members cannot be substituted for another family member.
- This plan is non-refundable, and no refunds will be given if the patient chooses not to use their dental plan.
- Rates are subject to change annually.
- Payments for services are due at the time of service.
- This offer cannot be combined with any other offers.
- Your effective date is the day you sign up, and your renewal date is the same date every year.
