We have updated our procedures based on recent Covid-19 improvements to continue to ensure the safety of our patients and team.

Arrival and Checking In

  • We ask that you continue to wear a mask in our office when not receiving treatment, in accordance with CDC guidance regarding mask-wearing in healthcare settings. As a family practice, not all of our patients are eligible to receive a vaccine, and your adherence to this request helps keep everyone in our office safe.

  • We are managing our schedule to minimize the number of people in our waiting area.

  • Please plan to attend your appointment alone. Patients who are minors or require assistance are allowed to have one parent, guardian, support companion or interpreter attend with them.

  • We are implementing a “Car to Treatment Room” service, to minimize the use of our waiting room. When you arrive, please call or text us at 919-803-0168, and we’ll let you know when your treatment room is ready for you.

  • We will have a contact-free hand sanitizing station directly inside our office. Please sanitize your hands upon entering the office.

  • You will be welcomed by our team, and our team will ask you a few questions regarding any known Covid-19 exposures or symptoms.

During Your Appointment

  • Our team will use the highest level of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) available to us during your visit. We will maintain and exceed sterilization and sanitation guidelines as we always have.

  • You may notice an extra-oral suction device in your treatment room – this HEPA-filter device will suction the aerosols generated during your treatment.

  • We will also have a Surgically Clean Air system with Hepa-Rx filters installed in the coming weeks to improve the air quality throughout our office.

  • Learn more about all of our investments in our office air quality.

  • We will maintain the same level of professional cleaning and sanitizing treatment rooms and common areas as we have always had.

  • If you have any questions about our procedures, please do not hesitate to contact us! We appreciate your patience and support and look forward to seeing you soon.
